The SCEDC has worked directly with businesses and real-estate consultants seeking relocation or expansion resources for their company or client.  We can provide timely and accurate information on nearly any business-related aspect of Sheboygan County. 

Detailed Information:  Finding detailed information on a community can be tough, especially once you’re past collecting information from state and Federal websites.  The SCEDC can work to assemble customized information in response to specific requests. 

Coordination:   The SCEDC has established a network of local relationships.  Let us coordinate conversations between key stakeholders to avoid miscommunication.  We know that we must provide accurate and timely information.

Site Visits:  If Sheboygan County is selected on your list of finalist communities, we would be happy to coordinate a site visit for you and your client to view sites, talk with stakeholders, and tour the local community.  Get the most out of a site visit by contacting the SCEDC.    

Financing/Incentive Offers:  We work with Federal, State, and local resources to coordinate formal incentive proposals to any prospective business.
