The Sheboygan Common Council on Wednesday unanimously approved spending $250,000 to help dredge tainted sediment from the Sheboygan River's inner harbor east of the Eighth Street Bridge. The money will come from the city's undesignated reserve fund and will match another $250,000 pledged to the project last month by the Sheboygan County Board.
