Youth Apprentice participants get head start on career

Four Plymouth High School students are participating in Youth Apprenticeships, allowing them to work for an area employer in their chosen field while earning high school and college credits.

"Students really apply the knowledge from the classroom to their work and from their work to the classroom," said PHS culinary arts teacher Connie Lund.  "It is rewarding to see them grow and mature in their responsibility and the pride that they have of techniques they learned or perfected because of their experiences."
