Join Us - 2017 Sheboygan Developers' Summit

Sheboygan will be hosting two events for construction firms, developers, real-estate professionals etc.. to learn more about Sheboygan development opportunities in the area on Tuesday, October 10th. Registration for both is free and learn more about the tour and networking event below.  

1 - Developers' Summit / Tour

The Developer's Summit or inclusive tour of Sheboygan will begin at 9:30 AM and space is limited.  The tour will cover major happenings in the local economy and key development locations in the downtown and select parts of the community. Highlights will include The Armory site, City's new business park, medical corridor and areas for residential development. The tour will end at 4:30 PM at 3 Sheeps Brewery, just in time for the networking even. For this tour we are looking for investors and developers that would look at developing the following (community priorities).  

  • Downtown condo and mixed use development
  • Single family housing
  • Industrial

2 - Development Networking Event

From 4:30 - 6:30 PM the community is hosing a networking event at 3 Sheeps Brewery. Complimentary food and drink. Mingle, network and learn about development opportunities within Sheboygan.  Real-estate professionals and local business/community leaders are welcome to attend. Registration is free and easy.  

Advanced registration is closed. You may register at the door.
