Linked Deposit Loan (LiDL) Subsidy
Low interest loan to assist women and/or minority-owned and controlled business in start-up expansion, or acquisition of their business through a loan interest rate reduction.

Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC)
The Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) is an economic development corporation providing quality business education, technical assistance and access to capital for entrepreneurs.

Refugee Business Loan Fund
ADVOCAP provides direct funding to refugees and those taking asylum in the United States interested in forming or expanding an existing business.  Loans are typically less than $15,000.  The loan fund was created for eastern Wisconsin's Hmong population.
