Sheboygan, WI – The Wisconsin Internet of Things (IoT) Council is pleased to announce the date of the organization’s inaugural event, as well as the hiring of Ronald S. Rumack, who will be the council’s first employee.

The IoT Council is a professional membership-driven organization that promotes Wisconsin and the Midwest as the epicenter for IoT and drives technological advancement in the region by providing the WI IoT and its members with a forum and environment conducive for networking, relationship building, talent attraction and mutual exchange of information relative to the Internet of Things.

Ron, a Wisconsin native, spent most of his career on the coasts as a commercial and investment banker but found his passion later in life in Technology. Ron is a graduate of UW-Whitewater’s Master of Business Administration program, with an Emphasis in Information Technology Management, and received a Graduate Certificate in Business Data Analytics.
