Cedar Grove, WI — The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UW-Green Bay aspire to offer a wide array of resources, assistance and expertise designed to help promote entrepreneurial opportunities in Sheboygan County, including upstart businesses dedicated to bringing high-quality products, services, and offerings to area communities.

Since opening Town Chef Family Restaurant at South 117th South Main St. in Cedar Grove in June, owner Fazli Ademi has been busy serving up a broad variety of traditional American favorites, as well as authentic dishes from Italy and Greece.

As a native of Macedonia, Ademi has honed his food creation craft at a number of area and regional restaurants in both chef and ownership roles.

“Along with now owning and serving as the chef at Town Chef Family Restaurant, I was previously the owner of Captain Table Restaurant,” Ademi said. “I was also the executive chef at Rock Garden Supper Club and 1951 West Restaurant in Green Bay, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and River’s Bend Steakhouse Restaurant in Green Bay. In addition, I was a corporate chef at A’viands – Elior North America Food and Management Services in Roseville, Minnesota.”

Over the past five months, Ademi has focused his culinary talents on presenting a distinct mix of familiar and unique menu items at Town Chef Family Restaurant in Cedar Grove.

“We serve a delicious breakfast all day long, and American comfort food,” Ademi said. “We also have a curated selection of our favorite Italian and Grecian food with takeout ordering available.  Our homemade desserts are a favorite of our guests!”

With a diverse background in the restaurant industry to draw upon, Ademi is eager to share his experience with Town Chef Family Restaurant customers.

“We want to bring together the community at our family restaurant, and I love to share what I learned in culinary school and at the many amazing restaurants I’ve had the privilege to work at.  I’m passionate about what I do.”

“I serve high-quality food and have earned a strong reputation throughout the region by serving quality, freshly prepared dishes from scratch.”

In addition to the top-quality food offerings prepared in the Town Chef Family Restaurant kitchen, Ademi aims to develop a strong customer base by utilizing a simple, friendly, and straightforward approach.

“As a family restaurant, customers are not just a number to us,” he said. “We are a family restaurant that treats customers like family.”

Ademi credits Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation and Small Business Development Center at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Business Counselor Ray York with providing marketing plan assistance for Town Chef Family Restaurant.

“Ray has been very supportive of the restaurant and eager to help in any way he can through his role with the SCEDC,” Ademi said.

“Fazli is a fantastic chef, and his new restaurant serving freshly-made food, always from scratch, is a wonderful addition to Cedar Grove & the surrounding Sheboygan County dining scene.  It’s great to see how quickly he became part of the local community,” said York.

With a nine-person staff working at his side to enhance customer satisfaction, Ademi is dedicated to cultivating Town Chef Family Restaurant into a staple of the Cedar Grove community and a sought-after Sheboygan County dining destination.

“Our family has made Cedar Grove our home, and we are truly enjoying getting to know our community and new neighbors.  Earning the trust and support of our regular customers is very important to us.  We welcome everyone to the Town Chef and look forward to serving our friends in Cedar Grove and the surrounding area for many years to come,” said Ademi.
