Sheboygan, WI - November 6, 2024 – North Town Partners has been awarded the prestigious 2024 Economic Driver of the Year Award by the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC). This accolade highlights their transformative impact on housing and retail development projects across Sheboygan County, setting a new standard for quality and innovation in the region.
With a steadfast commitment to enhancing community living through groundbreaking housing solutions, North Town Partners has consistently delivered projects that foster vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods. Recognized not only for their contributions to the local economy but, each development is crafted to promote community growth and economic prosperity.
Among their notable projects is the Kingsburry Village in Sheboygan, WI, featuring 33 luxury townhomes. Their efforts have also led to new retail opportunities at Memorial Plaza, welcoming stores like Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Michael's, and Harbor Freight. Currently, they are developing 70 high-end townhomes in the Village of Elkhart Lake, WI, known as Whitetail Ridge, along with the expansive 99+ acre North Town Project in collaboration with the Town of Sheboygan. This ambitious venture will integrate housing, hotels, shopping, and activities, offering residents the chance to truly live where they play.
