Authentic Venezuelan Cuisine Now Serving in Sheboygan
SHEBOYGAN, WI—The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) and Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UW-Green Bay aim to provide a wide variety of services, resources, and expertise to help encourage entrepreneurial opportunities in Sheboygan County, including businesses that offer unique services and experiences to the community such as Arepa House. 
Arepa House, located at 1735 Calumet Dr, Sheboygan, has brought the vibrant flavors of Venezuela to our community. They specialize in authentic Venezuelan dishes like arepas, empanadas, patacones, and cachapas, offering a genuine taste of Venezuela’s rich food traditions.
Two years ago, Javier Zavarce, Leandro Chacin, and Jose Leal began their journey to bring Venezuelan culture to Sheboygan through delicious food. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes to make sure every dish represents authentic Venezuelan home cooking.

Ray York from the SCEDC, UW-Green Bay Small Business Development Center, and Abraham Loya from the Centro Comunitario La Cima have partnered to support Arepa House’s growth.
