Nsight Telservices Selected to Receive Two Broadband Expansion Grants
Nsight continually invests in our fiber network and is committed to bringing the latest technology to communities of all sizes.
- In addition to the $227,125 in grants for these projects, Nsight will invest $485,930.
- Nsight’s application in Sheboygan Falls was noted as one of the highest percentages of company matching funds for funded grants this cycle. Nsight is investing 70% of the total project funds.
- For the Oconto Falls project, Nsight is investing 59% of the total project funds.
Public-private partnerships were a key component of this year’s grant cycle. Nsight Telservices and Cellcom work with our local municipalities for projects on a regular basis and were proud to have their support for each of our grants.
Both Nsight’s application are bringing fiber to underserved rural areas with the goal of providing fiber access to local businesses. The PSC staff noted both applications in its selection memo as strong examples of promoting growth of the local economy.
