Pop-up Shops: Start Your Business in Sheboygan
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI – The City of Sheboygan is implementing a pop-up shop program and is looking for entrepreneurs who want to grow their business idea while also influencing downtown retail growth.
A pop-up shop is a temporary retail space that allows entrepreneurs to test the advantages and disadvantages of a retail location while also providing affordable market insight to business owners considering a brick-and-mortar store.
Entrepreneurs in Sheboygan County should consider partnering with the City of Sheboygan to open a pop-up shop during the 2021 holiday season. If you have a business idea that you want to test, visit sheboyganwi.gov/pop-up-shop-program-announced-for-2021 to apply or learn more about the program criteria. The deadline to apply is June 30, 2021.
Pop-up shops will benefit Sheboygan County communities by diversifying and strengthening our downtown districts. The SCEDC and the SBDC at UW-Green Bay are proud to be a part of this program and to provide business planning assistance to any interested entrepreneurs.
