Green Bay - The University of Wisconsin Green Bay Small Business Development Center was voted Center of the Year by the Wisconsin SBDC Network. The Green Bay Center received statewide recognition for accomplishing their goals for the past five years and for their role in assisting businesses during the pandemic financial crisis. The center is a top performer in the state and leads in metrics set by the Small Business Administration.

Random Lake inks agreement for Woodland View Subdivision
Sheboygan County, WI - The Village of Random Lake and Scholler Development LLC signed a development agreement for the creation of Woodland View Subdivision, featuring a combination of condos and single-family housing in this Sheboygan County community. This agreement was signed on Wednesday, April 28th. The Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC) provided support services that were critical in finalizing the terms of this development. SCEDC Board Chair Don Hammond said, “Housing development has been identified as an economic development priority to meet the growth needs of our businesses and communities. We are excited to be part of structuring the terms of this agreement.”
